Below are the guidelines to aide you in calculating your Accrued Points for ESC Congress 2011.
Please read this document thoroughly to understand how the points are calculated.
You will receive an email with your Accrued Points for ESC Congress 2011 from the ESC on 12 September.
If you agree with our calculations, please respond by return email and add "OK" to the subject of the email immediately.
If you find a discrepancy in the points emailed by the ESC for validation, please provide us by return email (13 September) your explanations as well as your proof with your own Accrued Points calculations.
As announced at the Industry Forum in May, we only accept Group Registrations.
Without a response before end of business on 14 September 2011, your non-response will be considered as acceptance of the points we previously submitted.
All points must be finalised for 14 September. Any responses received after that date will not be taken into consideration.
